Ever wonder why you're tired, breaking out, or can't sleep? The answer might be in your gut. After 15 years of modeling and becoming a certified functional health coach, I've learned that true beauty starts from within, literally.
Here's what most people get wrong: They focus on the exterior while ignoring what's happening inside. But when you heal your gut, balance your hormones, and nourish your body properly, everything changes. Your skin glows, your energy soars, and your mind clears.
My top 3 daily non-negotiables:
✨ Start with bone broth or protein before coffee (save your cortisol!)
✨ Eat veggies FIRST, then protein/fats, carbs last (hello stable blood sugar)
✨ Speak kind words to yourself, your thoughts create your reality
Real talk: That supplement you're taking? It's probably filled with fillers, binders, and ingredients you can't pronounce. (That's exactly why I created my own line with zero BS ingredients.)
